Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them within 10 days of receipt.  Simply e-mail us that you will be returning the item and we will send you the address for returns.  You will be refunded your purchase price, minus your shipping charge, once we receive your item.

Shipping:

All of our items will be shipped UPS or USPS Priority mail.

We try our best to ship out within 2 business days. If an item is to be custom made at time of purchase, the item will ship out within 7 to 9 business days.
